About Tiffany

As a prudent buyer, you want to know more about the people building your home than which floor plans they offer. We hope you find these details are helpful, and we encourage you to ask any question you have.

Where Tiffany Homes Are Built

The locations where we build are based on our customers' needs and desires:

  • You want good access - for commuting and also to everyday services and shopping.
  • You look for well planned streets meandering through beautifully landscaped neighborhoods and parks. Tiffany does not build in gridwork subdivisions.
  • You want superior infrastructure from a well capitalized developer with strict standards so the entire community is completed with integrity.

How Our Extensive, Hands-On Experience Benefits You

Arlan Collatz, the company founder and CEO, built his first custom home at the age of 21. He had started in the construction business as a hands-on tradesman. As he puts it, "When you are in the field building the homes, you learn how construction techniques and materials make a big difference."

Starting his own company, he made the decision to build homes that stand for the same value he's seen over the years in his childhood home. In 1955, on a school teacher's salary, his parents bought a new home in a nice Albuquerque neighborhood. That same house is still providing quality of life today, and it remains a solid foundation for family life. It is still an appreciating asset creating investment value.

It has been 30 years since Arlan began "building value for decades," and many of the company's core staff have been with him that long. All believe quality must begin with what's behind the sheetrock - and carry through to everything from the Moen faucets to the Pella wood windows.

Your home is a sanctuary for you and your family, so we have a business philosophy that we work with every day. Our mission is to serve a cause greater than ourselves. We do not simply assemble building materials into houses. We create secure, well-priced homes for people who want the same comforts for building a life that we do.
